• Payment must be made at the time of booking.
• All tickets are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on the date specified in your booking.
• In order to work within BC health guidelines, tickets will be sold in thirty minute timeslots. You should endeavour to arrive as close to your ticket time as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we cannot guarantee access to park due to crowd capacity limits.
• All guests ages 4 and over must have their own valid ticket in order to gain entry into the event. You must bring either a printed copy or display the ticket on your phone.
  
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Filming and photography may be taken for personal use at the event. Please contact us if you would like to use images commercially.
• This is an indoor and outdoor event, and cancellations will not be offered in the case of poor weather.
• If for reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 2pm on the day of the event. You will be notified by email with your options.
• We are operating within both government and BC health guidelines for managing any risk related to coronavirus.
• LUMAGICA BC and its AFFILIATES will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through www.lumagica.ca and Showpass you hereby release and forever discharge LUMAGICA BC, MK ILLUMINATIONS INC and its AFFILIATES, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of LUMAGICA BC and ITS AFFILIATES of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

MK Illumination reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at LUMAGICA Surrey event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. MK Illumination may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced and used, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
By participating in an MK Illumination event, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MK Illumination from any, and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with MK Illumination may not use, copy, alter, or modify photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from MK Illumination.
